With yoga students I was mentoring, they were very interested in telling me their story. I told them they could share it with me once, maybe twice, then I wasn’t interested in their story.
Why is that? Because there was a tendency of identifying and attaching to the story of who they thought they were. And what they wanted to do is tell me their story over and over again so I would believe who they thought they were But by doing that they would never get out of that story. We can imprint our minds very deeply to a victim story. Remember it doesn’t matter what you get and what people say to you in the past. What matters is what do you do with that?
As you take the courses available on this website you will learn how to dis-identify from that story with accompanying emotions and free yourself.
