Release from Liability and Negligence
In exchange for participating in yoga instruction, you hereby grant the following release from liability and negligence. You release and hold harmless Christopher Casasnovas from any and all liability for injury to my personal property caused in any manner by participation in the Yoga Expanding Self-Awareness yoga classes.
Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any exercise program may result in injury. To reduce risk of injury, never force or strain. Consult with your doctor with respect to any past or present injury, illness or any other condition or medication that may affect participation and ability to participate in and to endure this exercise program.
You acknowledge that you have discussed with your physician the appropriateness of yoga exercises in connection with any illness or condition that you now have or have previously had and that you knowingly execute this release from liability and negligence.
By using services offered, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, and representations set forth in the Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with the terms stated therein. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the applicable law including minors, un-discharged insolvents, or person with unsound mind etc. are not ineligible.

BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN YOGA EXPANDING SELF-AWARENESS COURSE INSTRUCTION, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ALSO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE, REPRODUCTION, OR REDISTRIBUTION OF INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS AND HANDOUTS ARE EXPRESSLY AND STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: SCREEN RECORDING OR USING SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS TO RECORD INSTRUCTIONAL CONTENT, AUDIO RECORDING OF VIDEOS, REPOSTING, RESTREAMING, OR REBROADCASTING ANY CONTENT IN WHOLE OR PART ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR VIDEO PLATFORM OR FOR A LIVE AUDIENCE.
