What We See Now Witnesses to What We Are Thinking.

Remember that the world we see is the representation of our own state of mind. The great news is that we can change our state of mind to one of love and peace and so we can also see that the world we see can change to love and peace as well. We will bring about that that we hold in mind.

What this Yoga of awareness will do is allow us to be gently aware when these feelings of fear, and non-peace and accompanying ways of thinking are there in our minds. We then can step back within, look at them with acceptance and let them go.

I love the well known statement from the 12 steps of AA:: “Therefore seek not to change the world, seek to change your mind about the world.”
